Amazing Money Making Apps, Make Easy Money

I've recently started taking couponing fairly seriously. While on a quest to learn more about couponing, I discovered that there are some very useful apps out there that you can earn money from. Some of these apps require buying certain products and receiving rebates, others just require you to snap a picture of your receipts, and some are super easy you just walk into a store and get points. I've been using several of these types of apps for awhile now wanted to give a bit of a run down on them. Many of these apps also give you bonuses for referring friends and it can be quite easy to make money just by referring friends.
The first shopping app I ever downloaded aside from store coupon apps (which are great resources check out the Kroger and Wal-Mart apps if you haven't already), was Shopkick. Shopkick is super easy to use and earn points aka "Kicks" from and you can redeem the points for a variety of gift cards. I had always primarily focused on earning points solely from walking into stores that have walk ins and scanning items at the stores for points. I knew there was a bonus for referring friends, but until I referred a friend I hadn't focused on that too much. My fried has already earned enough points for a $25 gift card mostly from just her friend referrals, and unlike other apps where your referral first has to redeem a rebate or scan a receipt you get the points from getting 3 referrals no scans required. Update, I have now earned $25 in gift cards from Shopkick, also they have some great bonus points on weekends for walk ins. It was recently 200 kicks for Best Buy, Macy's, and American Eagle, all in the same day for a 600 kick total, not counting scans and smaller walk in kicks at other stores. 500 Kicks gets you a $2 gift card, so if you want a quick discount to one of the retailers that offers $2 gift cards, great way to earn that.
After downloading ShopKick, I saw some other app suggestions, and researched them a bit before downloading. I also realized many of these apps are used by extreme couponers especially IBotta. IBotta uses the slogan/hashtag #BetterThanCoupons while I'm not convinced it's actually better than coupons, it is great to use in conjunction with coupons, sale items, or items that you rarely see coupons or markdowns on. Many of the rebates on IBotta aren't high dollar, but they do add up and you can invite friends and qualify as a team for rebate bonuses which is pretty cool, you can earn an extra $5 when your team redeems $15 in rebates for the month. With IBotta you click the product of interest learn a fact, watch a video, or answer a question and then the rebate is stored for you to use until expiration. To redeem you just scan the product bar code and snap a picture of your receipt. Again you can get cash back just by referring friends, they do have to redeem a rebate first, but you get $2 once they redeem a rebate.
Checkout 51, Snap by Groupon, and Shopmium are all similar to IBotta. They tend to have a few less offers, but still worth downloading sometimes there are overlapping offers so you can maximize your rebates. Checkout 51 doesn't offer a referral program, but Snap does. Search your app store for Checkout 51 and you can use my link for Snap https://snap.groupon.com/?ref=55c7ddc109470001 Also use my code when you sign up with Shopmium and you will get a free Lindt Chocolate bar the referral code is KAYKYMCQ
Last app for now is Receipt Hog, this one may be the easiest to use, no buying certain items or going on a treasure hunt to scan things. All you have to do for Receipt Hog is scan your receipts from your shopping trips, restaurants unfortunately don't count, but most retailers do. For stores that sell groceries you get awarded points and for non grocery receipts you earn spins at the Hog Slots where you can win coins. Once you achieve Hog Wild status you earn spins for every receipt while you stay in the Hog Wild Status, basically you just have to submit receipts every week. Earn coins to redeem for cash, and earn extra coins by referring friends sign up now with Receipt Hog and earn extra spins.
Also while on the topic of money makers, there are a few websites that also have apps that are good as well. These will make you money on items you purchase online, and also occasionally have coupon codes. These are Ebates.com MyPoints.com and TopCashBack.com, with these all you do is go to their websites and than click through to the website you want to shop at. You make your purchase and then you get cash back from your purchase to your account which you can redeem once you have a set amount, it varies on each site for the cash out amount, also your percentage of cash back or points varies between the websites as well. While it's easier to cash out if you stick with just one, there can be benefits to having an account with multiple, you can choose who has the highest cash back, and sign up incentives vary as do referral incentives. Yes, there are referral incentives and they can be very lucrative and usually the person referred can benefit as well. One of my friends signed up recently on Ebates and I got $20 and he got a $10 gift card to a store of his choice. Also with MyPoints, if you have a BzzAgent account, you can link it to your MyPoints and you get points from your activities on BzzAgent. As for TopCashBack I haven't really used it much, but have noticed it typically has more cash back, but may be more limited on stores. Sign up with any of these from my blog and you will receive whatever the current referral promotion is. I just discovered this one it's Izea Now this on is a bit different, but it's pretty cool. You can get paid for using social media, just register with Izea and link your social media accounts fill out your demographics for each and then get job offers. Some offers will be direct to you and others will be ones you will have to bid on. I just signed up with Izea so I haven't tried it yet, but I have bid on a few projects. I'm hoping I get an offer accepted soon so I can review this further. Also their is a great referral program, refer friends and you get a commission off their work, so if you don't get many assignments, but have some creative socially savvy friends who can work frequently you'll earn money for doing nothing and that is always a bonus.

That's all I have for now on Money Making Apps right now. I'm trying out a couple others, but am unsure about them I will update if I end up liking them. In the meantime be sure to check out the ones I have mentioned.

Skechers Reggae-Rasta Outdoor Lifestyle Sandal

I'm normally not a much of a sandal person aside from wedge sandals, which until my recent pair (also from Skechers), I haven't worn sandals for the past few years with  my old favorites being long past their life expectancy.  I had worked an event promoting Chaco Sandals and got a pair for free from working the event (gotta love my job). I was actually quite looking forward to trying the Chacos after seeing rave reviews and seeing they are podiatrist recommended and also a suggested sandal for Plantar Fascitis (not sure if I have it, but my mom does, and I do have high arches and get occasional symptoms of it). I worked the 3 day event in the Chacos both Z2 sandals and the Chaco Outcross (open air shoe/sandal hybrid), and while the arch support was great (almost too high even for me), the footbed was stiff.  I felt constant pressure on my arches especially in the sandals, in the Outcross, I felt the arch wasn't quite in the right spot, but still a very stiff footbed.

Chaco Outcross Evo 1 and Chaco Z2

I worked an event where I would be required to wear Chacos, and would be wearing the shoes while working.  I wasn't familiar with the brand so I Googled them prior to working, partially because I have some foot issues and wanted to see if I was going to be miserable in them or if they might actually work for my high arches.  I found out that Chaco shoes are podiatrist recommended and have excellent arch support and are also good for Plantar Fascitis.  I have high arches (as well as mild oocasional symptoms of Plantar Fascitis) and am always looking for cute shoes that have good support.  These ideally should have checked both boxes. I wore both the Outcross Evo 1 and the Z2 while working, but could only keep one pair. I really wanted to like the Chaco brand, but they just aren't working for me. I don't know if they need broken in more or if they just aren't for my feet. I have very high arches and have a hard time find shoes that are comfortable for me.

Skechers Cali Memory Foam Wedge Sandal

I haven't owned a pair of good wedge sandals in years.  I am super picky about wedge sandals and most the new styles I don't care for either because of aesthetics, or comfort reasons.  Many of the current wedge offerings with thse type straps extend back towards the heel which I hate the look of, and others are just to hard of a footbed, or the shoe is very heavy. The Skechers Cali Memory Foam wedges have a very soft footbed (made of you guessed it.. Memory Foam), they are super cushy while still being supportive.  I have high arches and finding shoes can be a challenge for me, although I have great luck with most Skechers especially those with the memory foam, because it can conform to my foot.  These wedges do have a visible arch support on the footbed.  They are a fairly low heel at about 2 inches, I normally would prefer higher, but heel height is one area I'm more willing to compromise. Another great feature is that sandals are very lightweight so you don&
